These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Munim Ji, a group of industry-specific business management applications developed and operated by Lumosys Web ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using any Munim Ji application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Munim Ji provides cloud-based business management software — including sales, purchase, expense, ledger, staff and cash/UPI tracking tools — tailored to specific industry verticals. Features may vary between the industry-specific app you subscribe to, as described on our Solutions page.

To use the Service, an account is set up for your business, and individual PIN-based logins are issued to the business owner and authorized staff members. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

Munim Ji is offered on a subscription basis, with plans, device limits and billing cycles described on our Pricing page. Prices, features and available plans may be updated from time to time; any change will apply from your next billing cycle onward and will not retroactively affect a period you have already paid for.

New accounts are eligible for a 7-day free trial period, during which the Service can be used without charge. No payment method is required to start the trial. If you subscribe to a paid plan before your trial ends, any unused trial days are added on top of your new plan's validity. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.

Subscription fees are payable in advance for the billing cycle you choose (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly). Payments are currently processed via UPI and confirmed manually or through a payment processor. Your subscription must be renewed before its expiry date to maintain uninterrupted access; if a subscription lapses, access to the Service may be suspended until renewed.

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on our Pricing page are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the prevailing rate. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties or charges that may apply based on your jurisdiction or business structure.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you or your staff enter into the Service, for managing staff access and permissions appropriately, and for using the Service in compliance with applicable laws. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or data that do not belong to you.

You agree not to use the Service to store or transmit unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, interfere with other users' access, or use the Service for any purpose other than legitimate business record-keeping and management as intended.

All business data you enter into the Service — sales, expenses, ledgers, staff records and similar information — remains your property. We access this data only as necessary to provide, maintain, and support the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Munim Ji name, logo, character/brand assets, software, and underlying technology are the property of Lumosys Web and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business — it does not grant ownership of any Munim Ji software, brand assets, or technology.

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may release updates, improvements, or changes to the Service from time to time as part of your subscription, at no additional cost unless the update constitutes a significant new feature or plan tier that we choose to price separately.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if your subscription lapses, if these Terms are violated, or if we reasonably believe the account is being used for unlawful or abusive purposes. You may stop using the Service at any time; certain provisions of these Terms (such as intellectual property and limitation of liability) survive termination.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing cycle has started, except where required by applicable law or at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time; your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Munim Ji and Lumosys Web shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of business, revenue, or data, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. Munim Ji is a record-keeping and business-management tool; it does not constitute professional accounting, tax, or legal advice.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
